But it averagely takes between 1 to 3 days to get into ketosis. I still knock myself out about once every two weeks. It’s only going to take you about two days to get back into ketosis and you are going to learn some amazing things about your keto way of eating along the way.

I think that gets better when you spend more time in ketosis. If you took a long break from keto it will take you just as long to get back into ketosis as it did the first time you did it. Various factors affect how long it takes to get into ketosis, such as body composition, metabolism, age, physical activity, energy needs, macronutrient intake, etc.
